We are seeking a results-driven FTTH Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in selling Fibre to the Home (FTTH) services and a passion for exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in alignment with company goals. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to support company growth objectives
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of FTTH products and services to effectively communicate value propositions
- Conduct tailored product presentations and demonstrations that address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients
- Lead contract negotiations, address objections, and secure new deals while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
Qualifications & Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in selling Fibre to the Home (FTTH) services (mandatory)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
