## Title: Customer Relations Officer (CRO)

Job Summary

The Customer Relations Officer (CRO) will be responsible for ensuring that all clients receive an outstanding and memorable experience. You will manage the spa journey, including appointments and reservations, loyalty rewards, memberships, and treatments. You will also handle social media accounts with campaigns aimed at achieving membership subscriptions, business objectives, and increased spa profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client data, spa treatments, timings, appointment bookings (online and offline), loyalty rewards, and membership subscriptions on a full-time basis
  • Ensure consistency of service and safety protocols, appropriate pricing, receipt issuance, accurate client form completion, and client satisfaction on every interaction
  • Communicate with spa manager and spa director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including purchasing requirements, client requests, and feedback
  • Collaborate with the Spa Manager on revenue initiatives, service enhancements, incentive programs, marketing, and brand development
  • Create social media campaigns to increase online followership and presence, retail sales, and client loyalty
  • Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram), including taking photos of clients' finished treatments
  • Market spa memberships with a monthly target of 10 new members
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and external events within Lagos and beyond as necessary
  • Manage inventory and sales for the sister brand "Amali Cosmetics"
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND qualification
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in the beauty, spa, or hospitality industry
