Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day farm operations such as planting, cultivation, harvesting, livestock care, and general maintenance
• Develop and implement seasonal crop or livestock production plans
• Monitor irrigation systems, soil conditions, and pest or disease control measures
• Train, schedule, and supervise farm workers
• Ensure staff follow safety procedures and proper agricultural practices
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to staff
• Manage farm equipment and machinery, including maintenance and repairs
• Oversee inventory of seeds, fertilizers, feeds, chemicals, and other supplies
• Prepare and manage the farm budget, including expenses and purchasing
• Maintain accurate records of production, yields, livestock health, and input usage
• Ensure compliance with agricultural laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Monitor crop and livestock health to maintain product quality
• Analyze agricultural trends and market demands to guide decision-making
• Introduce new technologies or farming methods to improve productivity
• Manage relationships with suppliers, buyers, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Oversee logistics for product distribution and sales

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
