## Title: Facility Officer

About the Role

A prestigious consulting group is recruiting a Facility Officer to manage day-to-day facility operations and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role. We are willing to train selected candidates who meet the core requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to tenants' inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Oversee maintenance issues and coordinate necessary repairs
  • Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and functionality
  • Collect rent and maintain accurate payment records
  • Conduct site visits three times a week, including a full inspection at least once weekly
  • Maintain logs of maintenance issues, tenant communication, and property updates

Required Qualifications

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in facility or property management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Good organizational and record-keeping abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in facility or property management
  • Residence in or close to Sangotedo/Abijo axis

Selected candidates must be available to resume immediately and should reside within the Sangotedo/Abijo area.
