About the Role
A prestigious consulting group is recruiting a Facility Officer to manage day-to-day facility operations and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role. We are willing to train selected candidates who meet the core requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to tenants' inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Oversee maintenance issues and coordinate necessary repairs
- Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- Collect rent and maintain accurate payment records
- Conduct site visits three times a week, including a full inspection at least once weekly
- Maintain logs of maintenance issues, tenant communication, and property updates
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in facility or property management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in facility or property management
- Residence in or close to Sangotedo/Abijo axis
Additional Information
Selected candidates must be available to resume immediately and should reside within the Sangotedo/Abijo area.
