About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Facility Officer to manage facility operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations, including repairs, maintenance, utility management and vendor coordination
• Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE policies, standards and regulations
• Conduct routine inspections, safety drills and risk assessments
• Manage office space setup and environmental practices

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Facility Management, Environmental Science or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in facilities or HSE roles
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and safety systems
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Safety documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• HSE certification
