About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Facility Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage properties for residential or commercial use
• Oversee artisans and other vendors
• Manage shared services and other utilities
• Maintain lifts, plumbing, waste management systems, and generators

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc./HND in Estate Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Project Management
• Professional certifications such as IFMA membership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage artisans and other vendors
• Experience managing shared services and other utilities
• Basic knowledge of lifts, plumbing, waste management, and generator maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office Space

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing properties for residential or commercial use
