Facility Manager - Sangotedo at Outsource Nigeria

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. SALARY - 400K Engineer degree holder with previous facility management expereince Must reside around LBS, Sangotedo and the environ Facility manager\'s job oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of a building or multiple facilities.  Key responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and supervising staff and contractors for services like cleaning, security, and IT support. They also handle space management, vendor relationships, and strategic initiatives like energy efficiency and sustainability. 

• Building and grounds maintenance: Oversee all maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of both interior and exterior areas to ensure the facility is safe, clean, and functional.

• Safety and compliance: Ensure the facility meets all relevant health, safety, and security regulations and standards.
