## Title: Facility Maintenance and Expansion Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance and Expansion Officer to join our dynamic, expanding team. You will be based in our Ikoyi office and oversee the maintenance and development of our facilities across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the maintenance of all 14 facilities across different states from our Ikoyi office
Monitor equipment maintenance using software, sheets, and tracking tools
Collaborate with logistics managers to identify facility problems and implement quick solutions
Independently oversee the setup and commissioning of new facilities
Maintain facility maintenance costs within approved budgets
Ensure utility bills are processed promptly and all centres remain powered

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Residence near Ikoyi
Willingness to travel as needed
