## Title: Facilities Manager

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lekki. The Facilities Manager will oversee maintenance and operations of building systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance staff and manage day-to-day operations
  • Manage budgets and control operational costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Plan and execute maintenance schedules
  • Liaison with vendors and manage supplier relationships
  • Proactively identify and resolve facility-related issues
  • Maintain a safe and efficient workplace environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong facilities management experience, including knowledge of building maintenance and operational systems
  • Project management and budget management skills
  • Proficiency in safety standards, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Problem-solving capability and the ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role in real estate or property development industries
