Extruder Operator at Ascentech Services Limited

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Extruder Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' experience in foam or plastics extrusion and will ensure smooth machine operations, quality output, and safe production practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion machines for EPE foam production
• Set up and adjust machine parameters for quality output
• Inspect finished products to meet specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues
• Perform routine maintenance and keep production records
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience operating extrusion machines (EPE or plastic)
• Technical or vocational training in mechanical or production operations (preferred)
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and in shift rotations
