About the Role
Vennote Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Land Sales division and support our premium Short-Let management portfolio in Lagos. This is a high-impact position requiring deep local market knowledge, exceptional leadership, and a proven ability to close high-value land deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets for land acquisition and sales across key areas in Lagos State
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value land sales deals, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Expand the company's network of clients, investors, and strategic partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities in both land sales and short-let management
Realtor Management and Training
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of realtors and sales associates to maximize performance and ensure adherence to company standards
- Set clear performance metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement incentive structures to motivate the sales team
- Develop and conduct training sessions focused on effective land sales techniques, property knowledge, legal compliance, and ethical business practices
Short-Let Management Support
- Collaborate with the property management team to identify high-potential properties for the short-let portfolio
- Develop strategies to optimize occupancy rates and revenue generation for managed short-let properties
- Ensure high standards of service quality and client satisfaction across all managed properties
