About the Role

Collins American International Academy (CAIA) is seeking experienced, passionate, and qualified Primary School Teachers to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that promote pupils' academic excellence, character development, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the approved curriculum
• Teach core primary subjects effectively
• Assess, record, and report pupils' progress accurately
• Create a safe, disciplined, and stimulating learning environment
• Identify learning gaps and implement appropriate interventions
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
• Participate actively in school meetings, trainings, and school activities
• Support pupils' moral, social, and emotional development

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–5 years teaching experience in a recognized primary school
• B.Ed or PGDE from a recognized institution
• TRCN registration (or evidence of registration in progress) is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum
• Ability to use ICT tools in teaching and learning
