The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
• Manage brand communications, ensuring consistency across all platforms
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Oversee content creation including blogs, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners
• Plan and execute events, product launches, and promotional activities

Qualifications & Skills

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience in digital and traditional channels
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and analytics tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinker with strong project management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license required
