Experienced Live-in Nanny at Xpedient Expatriate Services

About the Role

We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly experienced Live-In Nanny to join our household and provide exceptional care for our child(ren).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in childcare, demonstrate utmost respect for family values, and possess a keen attention to detail to ensure the children's overall development, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing, and structured daily care for the child(ren) in a safe and stimulating environment
• Support the child(ren)'s emotional, social, and educational development through age-appropriate activities and routines
• Maintain a consistent daily schedule including meals, naps, playtime, and educational activities
• Ensure a clean, organized, and child-friendly living environment, including tidying up play areas and assisting with children's laundry and belongings
• Communicate regularly with parents about the child(ren)'s progress, milestones, and any concerns
• Follow family routines, traditions, and household guidelines with the utmost respect and professionalism
• Accompany and supervise the child(ren) during outings, appointments, and extracurricular activities as required
• Administer basic first aid and follow health and safety protocols

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in childcare or early childhood development
• 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a nanny or childcare professional
• Demonstrated expertise in caring for infants and/or young children, including knowledge of developmental milestones
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to child safety and well-being
• Respectful of family privacy, values, and lifestyle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, kind, and patient demeanor
• Ability to adapt to household routines and work collaboratively with parents
• Live-in arrangement flexibility
