Responsibilities

• Report faulty equipment and maintenance needs to the Laundry Supervisor
• Demonstrate knowledge of all laundry procedures, including safety procedures and equipment operation
• Sort, wash, dry, press, and fold clothing and other textile items
• Remove stains from items using appropriate procedures
• Ensure all clothes are packaged properly with tag numbers and are in good condition
• Clean and maintain laundry machines
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
• Communicate with others using clear and professional language
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or for an entire work shift
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Adhere to quality expectations and standards

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in laundry services or hospitality
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position
• Residence in Iyana Ipaja, Ogba, Ojodu, Ketu, or Akute area
