Experienced Grill Chef at Newchip Technologies

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grill Chef to join our team at Newchip Technologies in Lagos. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality grilled dishes (meat, poultry, fish, etc.) to customer specifications
• Assist with the preparation of ingredients used in the grill section
• Ensure all food is cooked correctly, presented attractively, and meets the highest quality standards
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the grill area and equipment
• Monitor stock levels of grill ingredients and report shortages

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Grill Chef or similar role
• Expert knowledge of various grilling techniques, temperatures, and equipment
• Ability to work efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
