## Title: Travel Manager / Team Lead - Europe, UK & Canada Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Manager and Team Lead to oversee our Europe, UK, and Canada operations. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in the travel industry who can lead teams of travel counselors and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and purpose of travel
  • Provide expert guidance on destinations, routes, travel packages, and visa requirements
  • Plan and coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries for clients
  • Provide accurate information on visa application procedures and requirements
  • Assist clients in gathering, completing, and submitting supporting documentation
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service
  • Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-travel support
  • Manage and lead a team of travel counselors to achieve departmental goals
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations
  • Uphold organizational standards, ethics, and customer service principles

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in the travel industry (not as a ticketing officer)
  • Proven experience as a travel manager
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve set goals
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and industry practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
