## Title: Executive Assistant to the Directors

Jott Industries Nigeria Limited is an established organization seeking a skilled professional for this key administrative role.

Position Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Directors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient management of schedules, meetings, and projects.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, ability to handle multiple priorities, and the capacity to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the Directors
  • Manage Directors' calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare, review, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Take accurate minutes during board and management meetings and ensure timely circulation

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a key liaison between the Directors and internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events involving the Directors
  • Follow up on action points, deadlines, and decisions made by the Directors
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between management and staff

Confidentiality & Compliance

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Maintain organized and secure filing systems for documents, contracts, and records
  • Support compliance with internal policies, procedures, and corporate governance standards

Operational & Strategic Support

  • Assist in tracking projects, initiatives, and performance updates for the Directors
  • Support preparation of strategic documents, proposals, and business plans
  • Conduct basic research and compile information as required
  • Anticipate Directors' needs and proactively resolve administrative challenges

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
