About the Role
Wallthorpe Consulting seeks a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership
- Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Identify and resolve problems proactively
- Maintain effective communication across all levels
Requirements
- OND, Higher National Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with project and data management tools and software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
