About the Role
Intelligent Innovations Limited is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who will play a central role in training coordination, project management, and executive support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, loves organising people and processes, and can support company-wide training activities while ensuring seamless task monitoring and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all training programs for the organisation
- Handle training logistics, invitations, attendance tracking, reminders, and follow-up communication
- Maintain a training calendar and track all sessions, facilitators, materials, and resources
- Monitor and track ongoing company projects and executive initiatives
- Ensure executives and teams stay on track with deadlines, priorities, and deliverables
- Support departmental coordination to ensure tasks and responsibilities are completed on time
- Ensure seamless flow of information between teams and stakeholders
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for staff, clients, partners, and training participants
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or Training Coordinator
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Calendly, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello)
