## Title: Executive Assistant
About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support daily business operations. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and draft reports, presentations, and correspondence ensuring content is clear, accurate, and delivered on time
- Proofread materials for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and relevant topics, providing summarized findings and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless scheduling and time management
- Track progress of ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and meeting notes
- Accurately input and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems while ensuring data integrity
- Generate reports as needed from maintained data systems
- Assist with business development efforts, including lead generation, client outreach, and follow-up
- Support proposal writing for client projects seeking funding
- Perform additional responsibilities as required
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role
