Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Administrative Officer to provide efficient administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and ensure smooth office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel logistics
- Prepare and organize reports, letters, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate filing systems and handle confidential information
- Serve as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Requirements
- OND / HND qualification or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- 1 - 2 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
