## Title: Estate Marketer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as an Estate Marketer. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting potential buyers while promoting our property portfolio across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract potential buyers for lands and properties across different locations in Nigeria
Advise the company on products suited to potential buyers
Generate leads from all media channels, both offline and online
Promote company products to target markets

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or HND (minimum qualification)
Minimum of 1 year post-NYSC experience in property marketing
Knowledge of property laws and market dynamics
Strong analytical, communication, and report writing skills
