Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions in basic electrical, mechanical, and automation concepts to entry-level learners
• Facilitate hands-on practical workshops involving wiring, mechanical assemblies, sensors, and PLCs
• Support the development of training content including lesson plans, manuals, and lab exercises
• Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, feedback, and practical demonstrations
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and practical learning environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or a related technical discipline; OR Bachelor's degree (BSc/B.Eng) with minimum Second Class Upper (2:1); OR HND with Upper Credit
• 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
• Solid foundation in electrical circuits and basic wiring
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and tools
• Understanding of industrial automation fundamentals (PLCs, sensors, actuators)
• Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for training and developing others
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic training environment
• Maximum age: 28 years

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley)
• Hands-on industrial or technical workshop experience
• Technical certifications in automation, mechatronics, or maintenance
