ETL Engineering Services Limited is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Technical Instructor to join our growing training team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions in basic electrical, mechanical, and automation concepts to entry-level learners
- Facilitate hands-on practical workshops involving wiring, mechanical assemblies, sensors, and PLCs
- Support the development of training content including lesson plans, manuals, and lab exercises
- Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, feedback, and practical demonstrations
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and practical learning environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or a related technical discipline; OR Bachelor's degree (BSc/B.Eng) with minimum Second Class Upper (2:1); OR HND with Upper Credit
- 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
- Solid foundation in electrical circuits and basic wiring
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and tools
- Understanding of industrial automation fundamentals (PLCs, sensors, actuators)
- Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for training and developing others
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic training environment
- Maximum age: 28 years
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley)
- Hands-on industrial or technical workshop experience
- Technical certifications in automation, mechatronics, or maintenance
