## Title: Entrepreneurial Empowerment Center & Loyalty Program Planner

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth, combining program management, community engagement, and loyalty program administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute masterclasses, workshops, webinars, and seminars for the merchant community
  • Manage the organization's loyalty program, ensuring member satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Promote products, services, and features to merchants and prospective partners
  • Collaborate with finance and business development teams to deliver financial solutions and interventions
  • Coordinate events, manage budgets, and engage with vendors and service providers
  • Drive awareness and utilization of the EEC and Loyalty Program to strengthen merchant success

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, education, or a related role
  • Strong planning, organizational, and event management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/customer service software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven with a passion for service delivery
