About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an Enterprise Sales Executive. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant revenue growth by managing high-value enterprise accounts and developing strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth in enterprise-level accounts
- Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprise clients
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients
- Negotiate complex contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular forecasts and updates to senior management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients
- Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to foster long-term partnerships with clients
- In-depth understanding of products and services, with the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients
