Enterprise Account Manager at Youverify Online Services

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Enterprise Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships between our company and its clients, developing long-term partnerships, and identifying new opportunities for growth within client organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage key partner relationships to strengthen overall solution capabilities and drive greater client value
• Develop and implement specific customer account and opportunity plans supporting company goals and quota objectives
• Create and manage sales plans that clearly outline goals and objectives for each account
• Nurture and close new solution opportunities that result in incremental sales and revenue growth
• Manage and stimulate revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies
• Manage, negotiate, and exchange information with all levels of management within enterprise clients
• Support the marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness, client case studies, and vertical market growth within assigned accounts
• Maintain knowledge of new technologies and industry trends that could impact customer needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction is met with all products and services provided
• Meet regularly with clients to discuss their needs, progress, and satisfaction with current products or services
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and build a strong 12-month pipeline
• Work with the finance team to ensure outstanding payments from enterprise customers are collected when due

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• 3+ years of experience working as an Enterprise Account Manager
• Strong sales and business development acumen with a record of outstanding delivery
• Proven track record of success in managing large FinTech and Banking accounts
