About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our FTTX project. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution while managing a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of FTTX projects with accountability for schedule, quality, cost, materials, and final acceptance
• Plan, form, and manage high-performing engineering teams
• Maintain and expand client relationships to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in FTTX and Home Connection project execution
• Proven experience in team management
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Willingness and ability to relocate to different regions for extended periods to manage project clusters

Compensation

Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
