About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Electrician and Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for maintaining all electrical systems and general facility operations at our clubhouse, ensuring optimal functionality and safety across all systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all electrical issues throughout the facility
• Monitor and maintain generator operations, providing regular diesel and generator reports
• Open and secure clubhouse doors at the start and end of each business day
• Replace lighting bulbs and maintain electrical panels, sockets, and switches in clean condition
• Operate and control clubhouse lighting and air conditioning systems at appropriate times
• Address basic plumbing issues as needed
• Clean and maintain air conditioning vents
• Monitor and report on sewage treatment plant operations
• Manage water treatment plant operations, including basic backwashing procedures and execution when necessary
• Load water dispensers in the management office
• Report all maintenance activities and issues immediately to the Operations Supervisor
• Oversee and coordinate work performed by vendors and artisans on-site, reporting findings to the Operations Supervisor
• Actively participate in event setup activities

Required Qualifications

• OND (Ordinary National Diploma) qualification
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in electrical maintenance or related field
• Trade Test Certificates: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3
