Electrical Engineer (Power Project) at Banodex Group

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Electrical Engineer to join our team for a large-scale power project. This role involves supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of power transformers and other electrical equipment within the power grid. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of power transformers and associated equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of transformers
• Monitor the functionality of BTS equipment
• Prepare quotations for transformer installation, grid connection, and repair services
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults
• Operate and monitor power substation equipment, including transformers
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and equipment condition
• Oversee installation and configuration of prepaid meters with client-purchased tokens
• Reconcile electric prepaid meter bills and prepaid meter records on project sites
• Maintain comprehensive records of all prepaid meter numbers and installation dates/times
• Ensure compliance with Fiberhub clients utilizing internet services
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical work and power projects
• Strong understanding of transformer operation and maintenance
• Proven experience in grid installation and project execution
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
