E-commerce Website Management Officer

Position Overview

Join CSi Grocery as an E-Commerce Website Management Officer and take ownership of our online presence. You will manage and maintain our e-commerce websites while driving growth through strategic optimization and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain e-commerce websites built on WooCommerce
• Ensure all product listings are accurate, well-optimized, and visually appealing
• Upload new products and update existing products with changes to pricing, descriptions, images, and stock levels
• Update inventory promptly to ensure accurate stock levels
• Create and optimize blog content related to products, promotions, and brand storytelling
• Improve website speed, SEO, and overall user experience
• Monitor and manage Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics to track performance and make data-driven improvements
• Increase online visibility through SEO optimization, Google tools, and digital advertising strategies
• Configure and update plugins, themes, and integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve website and e-commerce-related issues promptly
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to align website updates with campaigns
• Create and design graphics using Canva to enhance product listings and promotional content

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in website and e-commerce management
• Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce (preferred)
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and website visibility strategies
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads (setup, optimization, and reporting)
• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
• Experience with Elementor or other page builders
• Knowledge of inventory management best practices
• Understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced SEO experience
• Graphic design experience with Canva

• Must reside in or very close to Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
