Driver & Logistics Assistant - Abuja

Position Overview

Derive Communications Systems & Engineering Limited is expanding and seeking a talented Finance & Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team in Abuja. This role encompasses financial management, logistics coordination, and administrative support across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate timely financial reports and analysis as required by management
• File tax returns and resolve tax-related matters in liaison with third-party consultants
• Compute payroll and pension remittances
• Handle invoices, track payments, and maintain healthy cash flow
• Liaise with the technical team on timely submission of invoices for completed work and milestone payments
• Track payments to internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare budget forecasts and project accounts
• Periodically review project estimation templates to optimize profitability
• Manage company stock and store operations
• Handle all company levies, dues, and statutory obligations
• Communicate effectively with project teams regarding budgets and disbursements
• Coordinate with Directors and CEO to ensure timely and effective project delivery
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management/CEO

Required Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
