About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Driver Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of company drivers
• Monitor drivers' performance, discipline, and compliance with safety policies
• Maintain accurate driver records, licenses, and documentation
• Oversee training programs to improve driver efficiency and safety awareness
• Ensure drivers' welfare and resolve operational challenges

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years' experience in driver management, fleet operations, or HR
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Nigerian transport regulations and road safety laws
