District Sales Executive (Bauchi) at Sansvid M International

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified District Sales Executive to join Sansvid M International. In this role, you will drive sales growth, develop new market opportunities, and build lasting client relationships across the district.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to position the company competitively
• Market and sell professional trainings and courses to new and existing clients
• Develop new market opportunities for additional product volumes from current and future operating areas
• Mobilize clients for professional training programs
• Implement the company's business development strategies
• Communicate with existing clients while cultivating new relationships to drive revenue growth
• Represent the organization at industry forums, client discussions, and conferences
• Facilitate organizational development activities, including strategic planning and team building initiatives
• Lead all marketing, business development, and sales initiatives to identify new clients and maximize sales with existing accounts
• Develop long-term client sources through referrals
• Approach potential clients using mailings and phone solicitations
• Organize training activities for the company
• Attend all scheduled team meetings at appointed locations and report to the Corporate Sales Representative

Required Qualifications

• Minimum HND, B.Sc, or M.Sc qualification
• 1–3 years of marketing experience
• Must be a resident of Lagos
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to work with minimal or no supervision
• Good decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience within the NYSC environment
