About the Role

We are a dynamic team looking for a reliable and efficient Dispatch Rider to join Woodgate Structure Limited. As a Dispatch Rider, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery and collection of items such as documents, packages, and products using a motorcycle or bicycle. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong commitment to safety, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and other goods to designated locations efficiently and on time
• Plan and optimize the most efficient routes to minimize travel time and fuel costs
• Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies at all times
• Ensure the safe handling and transportation of all goods, verifying that items arrive intact and undamaged
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, pickups, and associated documentation
• Perform basic checks on the assigned motorcycle and report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly
• Interact with clients in a professional and respectful manner, providing proof of delivery through signatures
• Stay in communication with the dispatcher and clients regarding delivery status or any issues
• Collect payments or process other necessary transaction documents when required

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid motorcycle or rider's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar delivery role
• Strong knowledge of local road networks and good navigation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness for the demands of the role
