Role Overview

Lead the Innovation and Expansion pillars by driving the adoption of emerging technologies, ecosystem development, incubation of fintech startups, and digital transformation initiatives for the association. This position offers excellent opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Innovation Strategy Leadership

• Establish and manage the FintechNGR Innovation Hub in the North
• Drive sandbox projects, regtech solutions, and innovation challenges

Technology Architecture & Digital Transformation

• Oversee digital platforms including website, membership portal, CRM, LMS, and marketplace
• Implement tools that automate internal processes and enhance member experience
• Ensure cybersecurity, data governance, and system reliability

Startup Ecosystem Engagement

• Develop accelerator programmes and startup funding channels
• Build partnerships with VCs, incubators, accelerators, and innovation clusters

Data, Research & Digital Insights

• Lead data governance, analytics, and technology intelligence reporting
• Provide technology intelligence on emerging trends including AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, and regtech
• Lead data analytics for decision-making and innovation mapping

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Master's degree or certifications (Scrum, Project Management, Cloud, Product Management) recommended
• 8+ years of experience in product development, technology leadership, or innovation ecosystems
• Strong understanding of fintech technologies including AI, blockchain, payments, and cybersecurity
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex digital solutions
