## Title: Direct Sales Agent

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively source and onboard new customers within assigned locations
  • Promote and sell bank products, including account openings, card issuance, and product activations
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
  • Track daily sales activities and submit performance reports to the supervising officer
  • Provide accurate information on products and services to prospective and existing customers
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and referrals
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings and customer needs
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Accurately document customer details and sales transactions
  • Maintain up-to-date sales records and customer interactions

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc., HND, or OND qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail banking or sales

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Target-driven and self-motivated approach
  • Prior sales experience is an added advantage
