Direct Sales Agent / Field Sales Agents

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and performance-driven Direct Sales Agents / Field Sales Executives to support business growth objectives. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving enrollment for healthcare and wellness plans, building strong client relationships, and achieving defined sales targets. Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year sales experience (healthcare, insurance, HMO, wellness, fintech, or financial services is an advantage).

• B.Sc / HND / B.Ed. in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Management, or related field.

• Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or client acquisition.

• Strong understanding of customer relationship management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Self-motivated with ability to meet and exceed targets.

• High level of professionalism and integrity.
