Digital Sales Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Sales Officer to drive revenue growth through digital channels. The role involves executing digital sales strategies, acquiring customers online, optimizing sales funnels, and supporting business growth across digital and non-digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, digital innovation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, social media channels, and digital sales campaigns
• Identify and convert new sales opportunities across digital platforms
• Analyse customer behavior and digital sales performance using analytics tools to improve conversions
• Collaborate with the Brand team to create marketing content and flyers that drive engagement and sales
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, ROI, and the effectiveness of marketing strategies
• Drive sales from non-digital channels when digital platforms are not meeting set targets
• Support administrative functions for BPO services, including protocol services, ground handling, and facility management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 – 2 years experience in digital sales, social media marketing, or related roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into business decisions
• Strong relationship management, networking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
