About the Role

We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a Digital Marketing Officer with excellent content creation, video production, and social media management skills.

This role is ideal for a creative, tech-savvy professional who enjoys turning ideas into engaging visual and written content. You will be responsible for creating high-quality content across all platforms, producing compelling videos, managing online campaigns, and supporting the firm's brand visibility.

The ideal candidate must be creative, organised, and passionate about content, storytelling, and digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Develop engaging written content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and campaigns
• Create eye-catching graphics, infographics, and designs using Canva or similar tools
• Write compelling captions, post copy, and email content aligned with brand guidelines

Video Creation & Editing

• Plan, storyboard, record, and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and YouTube
• Produce educational, promotional, and client-focused video content
• Ensure high-quality audio, visuals, captions, and branding across all video outputs

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage daily posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Track engagement, performance, and growth metrics to optimise online visibility
• Support paid ads, SEO content, and digital campaigns

Strategy & Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to brainstorm new content ideas
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure timely execution
• Contribute to brand consistency and audience engagement across all channels

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or similar fields
• Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills
