Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies that align with company goals
• Manage marketing campaigns across all digital platforms, including social media, Google Ads, email, and content channels
• Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Oversee SEO/SEM and ensure consistent online visibility across search engines and digital platforms
• Manage paid advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with the media and creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand digital content
• Plan and implement marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve results
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth within the digital marketing space
• Create reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and lead conversions
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure campaign alignment with business targets

Requirements

• BA/BSc/HND in any field (Marketing Certification is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in digital marketing
