## Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Role Purpose

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to create and implement the company's online presence through comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media, SEO, email campaigns, and content marketing initiatives. This role involves analyzing data to inform strategy, managing campaigns, and working to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions including leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Plan and manage campaigns across various digital channels including social media, email, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
  • Create engaging content for social media posts, emails, blogs, and the company website
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics to inform future strategies
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content to improve search engine rankings
  • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the media industry
  • Computer proficiency
  • Age: 25–37 years

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Creative and analytical thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
