DevOps Engineer at Infinion Technologies

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with operational management responsibilities. You will need excellent communication and coordination skills to integrate various functions in a coordinated manner and deliver results to customer satisfaction.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be agile enough to wear both a technical hat and manage operations simultaneously, handling multi-faceted responsibilities across planning, implementation, deployment, collaboration, monitoring, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Planning

• Plan team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities
• Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations
• Review, verify, and validate software code developed in projects
• Troubleshoot technical issues and fix code bugs
• Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible

Implementation

• Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Manage stakeholders and external interfaces
• Set up tools and required infrastructure
• Understand customer requirements and project KPIs

Deployment

• Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures through continuous vulnerability assessment and risk management
• Select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools

Collaboration

• Coordinate and communicate within the team and with customers
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipelines (CI/CD)

Monitoring

• Monitor and measure customer experience and KPIs
• Monitor processes during the entire lifecycle for adherence
• Update or create new processes for improvement and waste minimization

Management

• Handle incident management and root cause analysis
• Manage periodic reporting on project progress
