Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and innovative Design/Project Architect who can conceptualize and execute architectural masterpieces. The ideal candidate will be fully responsible for concept creation, project leadership, and project coordination. This role requires a creative, right-brained thinker willing to push boundaries and explore new possibilities in design and construction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop 3D architectural and interior designs, ensuring effective execution and implementation
• Create concept designs using BIM tools
• Establish design requirements based on site analysis, environmental factors, utilities, zoning regulations, development guidelines, and end-user culture
• Conduct research and development of preliminary schematic designs to establish project direction
• Actively research and implement new design and construction methodologies
• Review documents for quality control and compliance evaluations
• Produce schematic designs that are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing
• Develop interior design concepts and oversee execution
• Prepare construction drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation
• Create and present design proposals with detailed drawings for new buildings, renovations, or restorations
• Meet with clients to discuss project objectives, needs, requirements, budget constraints, and design feasibility
• Integrate client requirements and conditions into comprehensive design proposals
• Collaborate with the project manager and team members from preliminary design through execution phases
• Supervise and lead assigned project teams
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and vendors
• Oversee construction phases through site inspections and ensure strict adherence to approved architectural details and development control drawings
• Ensure completion of close-out documentation and maintain comprehensive project archives
