A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead FTTH project planning, technical delivery, progress, and quality management.
  • Manage construction sites, permits, documentation, and subcontractors.
  • Take full responsibility for engineering delivery results and report to the Project Director.
  • Build and coordinate construction teams; optimize site delivery solutions and SOPs.
  • Supervise construction plans, allocate resources, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Ensure construction quality meets engineering standards and contract requirements.
  • Coordinate customers, subcontractors, and technical teams through installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
  • Manage delivery scope and record additional workload.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of FTTH project management or relevant experience.
  • Solid experience in FTTH, civil works, ADSS and figure-8 cable deployment.
  • Strong subcontractor and project rollout management experience.
  • Good communication skills with customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Power BI.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork skills.
