Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell the bank's products to potential clients
• Open accounts and acquire new customers
• Persuade clients to establish and maintain savings
• Manage relationships with new and existing deposit clients
• Develop and implement business development plans for identified target markets
• Mobilize and retain deposit accounts
• Operate in full compliance with laws and regulations governing microfinance institutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) from a reputable institution
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Proven working experience as a Deposit Mobilization Officer in a Microfinance Institution (preferred)
