Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell the bank's products and services
• Open accounts and acquire new customers
• Persuade clients to save and establish banking relationships
• Manage new and existing deposit clients
• Develop and implement business development plans for identified target markets
• Mobilize and retain deposit clients
• Operate in compliance with all laws and regulations governing Microfinance Institutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) from a reputable institution
• 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Proven working experience as a Deposit Mobilization Officer in a Microfinance Institution (advantageous)

• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Excellent marketing and negotiation abilities
