Deposit Mobilization Managers at People Capacity Management

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a key deposit mobilization and business development capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor deposit mobilization strategies to achieve the bank's funding and liquidity objectives
• Develop new deposit products and campaigns tailored to retail, SME, corporate, and institutional customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, corporates, government institutions, and other stakeholders to drive deposit growth
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify deposit market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Support the Head of Treasury in managing the bank's balance sheet with a focus on funding mix, cost of funds, and liquidity ratios

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc Degree or HND qualification in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, asset and liability management, or financial planning
• Certification in Treasury Management (ACTM, CFA, CIBN) is an advantage
