  • We are looking for an individual with strong analytical skills, high intellect, and integrity.
  • Given the sensitive data the individual will handle, we are looking for self-starters who demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and prepare daily retail, depot, commercial sales report, weekly summary report, and monthly depot, commercial and retail sales report (PMS, AGO, LPG, lubricants)
  • Prepare sales performance management reports including sales, revenue, margins and station rankings.
  • Assist in analyzing pricing, margins, and stock variances across stations and regions.
  • Maintain retail, depot and commercial databases and dashboards
  • Identify data trends, inconsistencies, and underperforming outlets for management review.
  • Assist with management reporting requirements.
Skills:
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
