Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor business performance using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Work with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
• Support predictive modeling and forecasting initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across databases and systems
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data sources, methodologies, and processes
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and data modeling
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics (added advantage)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
